Our Mission
Street lights remain in our environment for around 20 years. Any investment made now is expected to be around for some time, so consideration of lighting type, need and location is an important decision for cost and sustainability. With the advancements in renewable energy our missions are;
Education
The Australian Government endeavours to reduce Carbon dioxide emissions. Australia produces about 500 million tonnes of carbon pollution each year, making us one of the top 10 polluting countries per capita in the world. We aim to assist individuals and organisations across both the private and public sectors on Solar Lighting to reduce our dependency on natural resources and our carbon foot print. The use of LED's also produces a natural white light compared to current lighting available with this natural light create improved visibility and is appealing to the eye
Set solar lighting as a standard
The Australian standards for lighting are high however there are no categories or Standard for solar lighting. We endeavour to create the highest standards of Solar lighting and create an economical alternative to traditional grid connection lighting
We seek to inspire and motivate Australia to become involved in creating a Sustainable future. Sustainability involves strategies and practices that aim to meet the needs of today's society without compromising the human and natural resources that will be needed in the future.
